Overview:-

  • The role sits within the Customer Resiliency (CR) team.
  • You will be responsible for contributing towards Collections technology teams with a specific focus on helping drive and modernize the data ecosystem and the core of the real-time intelligent collections (RTIC) application.
  • In CR Collections, we specialize in servicing our Card customers in their most difficult financial moments and help them get back to good standing with Capital One.
  • With RTIC, we are modernizing to support highly flexible, configurable, and extensible solutions using Capital One enterprise platforms.
  • As part of the Collections team, you will be part of this modernization journey.

Required skill set : Python or Golang, AWS (Step functions, lambda, dynamodb)
